D2 Survivors mark D2 SURVIVORS

D2 Survivors endgame

I listed Terror and Hardcore only where changelog.json names them. The highest submitted Terror floor on 2026-10-28 was 131, on a Paladin. That is one run, not an average.

Terror after Hell Baal

Terror opens after you beat Hell Baal. Each floor offers three choices, with modifiers, and monster level 86 and up. The game records your highest floor. From build 20261026.1 a floor is 9 waves plus a boss. Clear in under 5:00 and you skip 2 floors. Under 3:30 you skip 3. The boss has to die within 10 minutes. A Terror death removes 10 percent of the experience on that level.

Submitted boards on 2026-10-28: Normal 88,313, Nightmare 35,967, Hell 20,452, Terror combined 64,159. The single highest floor was 131. Class peaks are on the class index and the peak bands.

Hardcore

Hardcore arrives in build 20261027.2. You enter beside the campfire, at the Dark Wanderer. It uses a separate save, death is permanent, and the titles are Destroyer, Conqueror, and Guardian. It has its own leaderboard. I do not have a public count of Hardcore deaths or a required level.

Nightmare and Hell modifiers

One wiki prints a full modifier table from macOS build 2026.1018.8: gold 1x, 2x, 3x, resistance penalty 0, minus 40, minus 100, and several other rows. That is a single source on an older build. The current build is 20261027.4. I am not copying those rows as if they were re-checked. Class damage in Terror was patched on 26 October, which is another reason not to freeze an older table.

Questions

How do Terror skips work?

From build 20261026.1, under 5:00 skips 2 floors and under 3:30 skips 3. The boss still has a 10-minute limit.

What is the highest Terror floor?

131 on the leaderboard snapshot from 2026-10-28, a Paladin run. It is a peak, not a median.

How do I start Hardcore?

Build 20261027.2: talk to the Dark Wanderer by the campfire. The save is separate and death is permanent.
