Game bugs go somewhere else

A crash, a bad drop, or a lost save inside the game is reported with Esc → REPORT, or in the #bug-reports channel on the Discord linked from d2survivors.lol (discord.gg/mYMGgZPuQb). That channel is run with the game, not by this website.
