D2 Survivors not working

I pulled the black-screen and performance notes from the FAQ and from builds 20261019.1 and 20261020.3, then checked them against two written troubleshooting pages. I am not guessing a root cause for Not a DCC file.

Black screen or a slow first load

Wait out the first load. Turn off a script blocker for the official host. Use desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, and open the official play page in its own tab. Another site cannot frame the game. If the page says D2 Survivors is open in another tab, go back to that tab, Save and exit, then close it.

If the page still responds but the view stays black, build 20261019.1 mentions a low-resolution reload prompt after a Safari resize. Reload once before you clear data.

Lag on Chrome or Edge

The FAQ points Windows Chrome and Edge at chrome://flags/#use-angle and the D3D11on12 setting. Build 20261019.1 adds a skill-effects slider. Close other heavy tabs. Those are the published levers. I do not have a frame-time number of my own.

Files, sound, and a vanished Continue

Not a DCC file has no general fix in the notes I read. TVFS directory isn't local, a full disk, a missing image or sound, and Firefox or Safari unpack errors each have build notes. Repair a Diablo II: Resurrected install when the files do not match. Details and the folder rules are on setup.

No sound: click the game, check that the tab is not muted, then look at the volume in options. Keys do nothing: click the view, close open panels, and click again after fullscreen. Continue disappeared: stay on the same profile and domain, and look in SAVES before you clear site data. Clearing storage deletes the extracted files and the save together.

D2 Survivors is a black screen. What now?

Wait for the first load, allow the official host through a blocker, and open it in a desktop browser tab of its own. Do not clear site data as the first step.

It gets slower the longer I play.

On Windows Chrome or Edge the FAQ suggests the D3D11on12 ANGLE flag, and build 20261019.1 adds a skill-effects slider.

The keyboard does nothing.

Click the game once. Close panels with Space or Esc. Click again after you enter fullscreen.
